Shipping Information:

Orders are processes same day upon credit card approval. Most Remington Sculptures are shipped same day. UPS Ground Shipping Via UPS or FedEx. Standard shipping time is 5-7 business days.

UPS Damage Claims: UPS damage claims must be filed with our office within 24 hours of delivery at 1-800-405-5516. UPS will not accept damage claims after 5 days. You may also email us at damages@remingtonsculpture.com


Return Policy: If you're not completely satisfied with your selection within 30 days of receipt, we will send UPS back to your location to pick up your package. Customer will receive a refund "Minus 15% & shipping charges" of $18.00 on items up to 100lbs. Items over 100lbs require a signed shipping authorization.

Each return must have a Return Authorization Number. Please write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of the box when you return your merchandise.
Customer will receive a refund "Minus 15% & shipping charges" of $18.00 on items up to 100lbs. Items over 100lbs require a signed shipping authorization. Please allow 7 business days from the receipt of the return to process all requests.

Exchanges: Each exchange must have a Return Authorization Number issued by us. Once the item has been received at the warehouse the exchange item will be sent out. Do Not send items to the address on the box without your Return Authorization Number. This will delay your exchange. Special instructions for returning the package will be emailed to you with the Return Authorization Number. All exchange requests may be sent to: exchanges@remingtonsculpture.com

Remote Delivery Surcharge: you may incur a remote delivery surcharge if your ship-to-address falls outside of the geographical area normally served by our carriers. Call us for details.
